About Kemper/Iversen, Limited
Kemper/Iversen Limited was founded by Kraig Kemper and Tom Iversen as a comprehensive landscape design build firm which serves Seattle and its surrounding area. Together with their staff they provide a broad spectrum of high quality services for the design, construction, restoration, and seasonal maintenance of private gardens, estates, and small-scale commercial projects.
Our Staff
We are a no-nonsense team of professionals. We work hard to simplify the landscape project from design through installation to completion.
As a design build firm, we have the education and experience in creative problem solving. Kraig and Tom provide hands-on attention, and believe that the client has a participatory role and/or involvement in the project. We design to parameters established early-on with the client. With quality employees and subcontractors, we provide the highest quality advice, service, and products that add the greatest possible value to our clients. All plants are hand selected from growers and brokers. Quick response and/or follow-up, and repeat service is a unique characteristic of Kemper/Iversen, Limited. We have respect for the client and the site.
Working with us
Typically the process begins with an on-site meeting with the client for introductions, to view the site, discuss the clients wish-list and to determine the scope of the project and scale of consultation or design. A written proposal is provided and if accepted a contract is entered into prior to commencement of design.
